Our workshop at CoRL 2026 invites submissions on the evaluation, diagnosis, and improvement of fine-grained robot manipulation. We particularly welcome new, preliminary, and in-progress work that moves beyond aggregate success rates and provides deeper insight into how robotic systems understand, perceive, and execute manipulation tasks.

Participation in the MetaFine Open Competition is encouraged but not required for paper submission.
Please submit an extended abstract of up to 4 pages, including references, to the workshop chair at robofinemani@gmail.com. For the paper template, please use the standard CoRL 2026 paper template. Submissions that are re-elaborations of recently published papers are welcome. The workshop will not have archival proceedings. All the submitted papers will undergo review by the organising committee and will be accepted based on their quality, merit and timeliness.
Each submission will be reviewed by at least two members of the program committee. Papers will be assessed based on relevance to the workshop, technical soundness, clarity, originality of the perspective or evidence, and potential to stimulate discussion.
Accepted papers will be presented in an interactive poster session. A small number of submissions will be selected for spotlight presentations. Authors will also be encouraged to contribute their findings, failure cases, and open questions to the workshop’s breakout discussions and post-workshop community artifact.
